About the Design
Part of my mysterious Zodiac embroidery series, this Libra design has a dark yet whimsical spirit. A young Libra figure is shown with dragon wings, accompanied by a great dragon, while balancing two sides of a scale. On one side rests a tiny dragon, on the other side a collection of skulls—an image that suggests contrasts of light and shadow, but leaves the meaning open for interpretation. It’s both cute and a little eerie, making it a memorable piece to stitch.
