How long will it take to ship my order?

I usually ship within 1-3 business days. Each item is carefully packaged to arrive safely and gift-ready. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. Orders placed between Sep 25.-Oct 3. will ship starting Oct 6. Thank you for your patience while I’m away.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, I ship to the U.S., Canada, and Australia. I hope to expand in the future, but due to past customs delays (especially during the pandemic), I currently keep shipping limited.

Do you ship during the holidays?

Yes! I continue shipping during the holiday season, but please keep in mind that postal services can experience delays at busy times such as Christmas. I recommend ordering early if your item is intended as a gift.

Will my stickers/prints look exactly like the photos?

I print and cut my stickers at home using high-quality materials. Because they are hand-printed and monitors display colors differently, there may be slight color variations compared to listing photos. Lino prints are all hand-carved and hand-printed, so each one is truly one of a kind.

Do your embroidery kits come with everything I need?

Yes! Each kit includes pre-printed fabric, embroidery floss, needle, hoop, and a step-by-step instruction packet with photos. All you’ll need is a pair of scissors.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Physical items: Because my products are handmade or printed in small batches, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives damaged or you have an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Digital items: Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.

My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it. What should I do?

First, check with neighbors or your local post office, since carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a bit early. If it still doesn’t turn up, please get in touch so we can figure out the next step together.
